Method: what we add to the raw data
- Neighbourhood fields were unified: code, Arabic and English names, city and sector, and each neighbourhood linked to its governorate, district and sub-district.
- The 2025 population estimate was summed from 100 m cells inside each neighbourhood.
- Built-up area was computed from 10 m built-up cells (2019), using each cell's true area at its latitude.
- Density is given over the whole neighbourhood and over built-up land only (people per built-up hectare), which is more telling where there is vacant land.
- A summary table per city.
